Do I Need a Minnesota Registered Agent?
The Minnesota Code (§5.36) states that every business entity must maintain a registered agent and office in the state. Maintaining a registered agent isn’t just a state requirement. Without a registered agent, your business could miss essential communications. Service of process, legal correspondence, tax notices, and state compliance requirements are common notifications that are sent to a company’s registered agent.
As your registered agent, we maintain a physical address in the state and keep regular business hours, so you never miss an important notice. We sign for important mail pertaining to your business and make sure you get it in a timely manner.
